How much can you really accomplish with your PCP when you only have 15 mins. Listened to my hear/lungs, reviewed my record on computer. I had a list of questions ready to go, so I was prepared, but kind of a waste of time otherwise. Not the provider fault, AMG fault for pressuring physicians to only spend 15 mins.

Dr was very attentive and nurse was excellent. They explained anything I asked and recommended blood work and colonoscopy tests. Was given flu and Covid injections. I was very happy with my visit.

I had a lot of questions this visit. They were all answered and discussed. Additional testing was offered and discussed.

I would of really appreciated if someone from your facility would of taken into consideration that I am a new patient coming in to see a Doctor. My appointment was scheduled at 4:20 PM. I fasted for more than 12 hours looking to get some blood work done, only to find out that they couldn't do so because the lab closed at 5 PM. My Doctor than referred me to 1700 W. Luther LN telling me that they accept walk-in patients to get my blood drawn and that they're open until 7 PM. I immediately drove to that address after my appointment just to be told that they themselves close their labs at 5 PM... I recommend you start informing your new patients that your labs close at 5 PM and that blood work can't be done past a certain appointment time. I am very unsatisfied overall with my experiance at your establishment...
