I was seen right away, everyone was protectional and friendly. I received a call from the assistant and she gave me information that I needed to take care of my appointments.

Very satisfied with the service

Care from Nancy Sherwood was great, no complaints. Access on the other hand was terrible. It took 9 hours from my initial symptom call for a nurse to call back and when I didn't answer right away (it was midnight so I was asleep) and I called back within 10 minutes, it took another 6 hours to talk to a nurse/get an appointment scheduled. 15 hours between initial call and discussion with a RN is not an acceptable turnaround time. Very disappointed
