The computers we down so the visit was not completed

I truly enjoy Aurora, they make you feel seen and heard

you need more staff. There is a sense of being over worked and understaffed which makes one feel one needs to rush especially with the assistants, and MAs who I assume are still being trained and need alot more support.

The office was able to get me in at the last minute and I truly did appreciate that. I've always had good service at Aurora River Center.

Dr Sherwood was super knowledgeable and I find her advice and care to be really helpful. I felt heard and that she paid attention to my concerns and am Feeling much better after her treatment.

From the time I entered the building to the end of the appointments, I received excellent professional care. This includes my experience at check in/ reception and my lab appointment. Great clinic.
