Very informative & personable

I pre checked in at my car and went in to be seated. I arrived 15 minutes early as suggested. 5 Minutes after my appointment was to start, I went to the desk to be told that I was not checked in. I should have came to the front desk when I arrived. When all was said and done and I was in the room, the lovely assistant asked me the same questions that I verified at pre pre check in. I don't understand what the reason is that it is suggested to pre register if it doesn't count. It's a waist of people's time. Just saying.

Dr. Sherwood is the best primary care doctor I could ask for and I would go out of my way to make sure I can keep seeing her.

The facility bathrooms were not in good order. Not their fault a person whomever did not flush and left one of the toilets in a situation that no one should have witness. Myself & along with another patient witnessed the scenery. One of the desk people says they are working on it with the cleaning crew. Also a sign was put up on it for the time being. Very, very, nasty.

Timely, informative, and geniune as usual.

Dr. Sherwood shows a lot of patience and understanding. She is very knowledgeable and I feel comfortable with her. I would recommend her to anyone.
