I couldn't ask for better care than what Aurora provides

Everyone from the front desk to imaging to the orthopedist were friendly, helpful, and very pleasant to interact with.

I saw Nancy and was able to get an appointment the same day. She listened to me and evaluated my problem. She is knowledgeable and cared about my well being. I appreciated getting to see her the same day

Nancy and her staff were very eager to assist me with obtaining a new wheelchair. They promptly notified me of my lab results.

New patient to Nancy, so she did not have historical data. I was frustrated because she was intent on completing the new patient profile and did not have time to address all my concerns.

Nurse and doctor were very pleasant and easy to talk to.

The provider spent a good amount of time with me since I was a new patient. I did not feel rushed. I was able to get an X-ray right away and did not have to come back. Very brief wait time. The Medical Assistant was not particularly competent. Overall a strong experience.
