Nancy was very unprofessional. She was rude to her staff, and to me as well. Since my doctor was out of town, and I needed to be seen, this was my only option. This will be the 3rd time seeing Nancy. She did a poor check up and wasn't even going to prescribe me an antibiotic, when I have been dealing with my cough for a month and told her I could taste infection from my mucus. I felt like she wasn't even listening to me as I was explaining what I was going through. The nurse practitioner on the phone was more professional and sympathetic in making sure I got checked asap! He even thought it sounds like bronchitis or pneumonia. Nancy didn't even diagnosed me and telling me what I had. She gave me 3 prescriptions (that I hope help) and left out the door. Which then I waited in the room thinking I had to wait. She comes back in, and asked puzzling "do you have any questions? (Looking at me like, you can leave) I told her I had no clue what the protocol was since she didn't say anything and shut the door. Meanwhile she said she didn't mean to shut the door ? I left confused, and the pharmacist is who explained what all the drugs do ???? I will make sure I hold off until my doctor gets back to the office or ask for a different nurse practitioner next time.
