I didn't appreciate the nurses aid saying "you're late" when I got there, I checked in and waited about 10 minutes then was called in. If I was a little late then it was accidental as I moved to about an hour away and ran into traffic but I didn't think I was late.

Nancy Asencio is very competent and caring healthcare professional.

Everyone in the office is friendly, thorough, timely, caring. Easy to get an appointment as well. Can not say enough great things about Nancy Asencio NP and other staff! Thank you!!

Needs help with technology

First time visit with Aurora and with Nancy A., Nurse Practitioner. She was extremely thorough and I felt she really listened carefully and fully to my health concerns.

I have never had a provider take that amount of time reviewing my history and my family history. I felt heard and not at all rushed. I am very grateful for that. Thank you.

NP Nancy Asencio is very thorough and takes her time and listened to me, something I never experienced before. Nurse practitioners are the way to go! So happy I switched to her.

My app told me to arrive early at 7:35am however the receptionist does not arrive until after 7:45
