Excellent doctor
It was my annual appointment she took care of my usual exam. Liston to what was happening with my health and notice a rash on my leg and told me to see my primary asap.
Dr. Church is an excellent gynecologist. I have been seeing her since 2019. She knows that a smaller speculum is better for me for my annual Pap smears. She talks me through the entire process and she makes me feel comfortable. She let me know when she is going to put two gloved fingers inside me to check my female anatomy. She listens to my concerns and makes me feel that I have a voice in my own healthcare.

Dr. Church is an outstanding person & physician. She is very gentle during a physical gyn exam. She listens & wants to give you the best care possible. The office lady who works with Dr Church to set up appointments was very friendly & extremely helpful. I left the appointment feeling very comforted & grateful for Dr. Church's medical care of me.
Dr. Church explains everything and gives you her full attention. I was a bit uncomfortable when she told me I could get dressed as she remained in the room typing up my report, but it wasn't like she hadn't seen everything already.
She made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. It was a first visit w her. I remembered a couple things I didn't tell her, but it can wait till she calls w results of test. I also learned a few new things from her which can help .
Dr. Church is caring, inclusive, welcoming, a fantastic teacher when it comes to explaining, exploring and providing information. Dr. Church is a blessing!
Dr. Church is amazing. I'm so blessed to have her as my doctor. She is knowledgeable, informative, and truly cares about her patients health and wellbeing. The lab technician, Jasmine, was also wonderful-just like the receptionist and nurse practitioner. The entire staff is exceptional, and I highly recommend Advocate.
