Dr Church is gentle and kind and listens to what I was saying. I have the utmost confidence in her which is why I've been seeing her for over 20 years.

Provider thought had Medicare and only did vaginal and breast check until I told them I had BCBS. Then I received PAP test and was informed Medicare doesn't pay for PAP tests. This provider never seems to know who I am. I no longer voice any concern as I feel like the answers are not answers. Not sure if I will continue with this provider since I can get the exams from my regular doctor.

The psr at check-in and out were very friendly and helpful The medical assistant was friendly and thorough

I've been a patient of Dr Church for many years, I've referred her to everyone I know because she is knowledgeable and caring.

Dr. Nancy Church was very helpful in explaining my Health Care to me. The front desk that's something very Different. I made my Appt., Did the update in the Live Well App., Received a call for conformation of my Appt., but received a call the day before my Appt. to say If I don't confirm my Appt. my Appt. will be canceled. I don't know what more I need to do to keep the office from canceling my Appt the day before seeing Dr. Church. I think you can make things easy for patient to call & confirming their office Appointments.
