Create a liason process between all the provider office and Aurora Home Health for ordering Insulin pump supplies, CGM/supplies and CPAP supplies. The outside vendors for these supplies are very unreliable and unresponsive to a patients needs and inquries.

Not happy that you have moved Dr. Nadiia's office and especially that there will not be a connecting way to get from her office to the main building. There is a connecting hallway but was told that would be closed and if you needed to go to the main building you would have to leave her office, go outside walk down to the main building front doors to get there. You surely are not taking the patients in mind.
