Easy to talk to, especially considering the nature of the issue

Dr. Huq is an excellent doctor and takes her time with you so you don't feel rushed and also explains everything very well. She also showed me pictures from previous procedures so I could understand what was going on. I am so glad someone recommended her to me and I will do the same and recommend her to others. Thank you, Dr. Huq, for being an excellent doctor!!

When scheduler, schedule appointment they should not give the 1218 W Kilbourn address. That entrance is close. It was very confusing for me. Scheduler should inform them to use the main entrance or the emergency entrance. They can ask for directions to their designated appointment.

Re the question about info in thr Last 6 months" I had not seen anyone in the office in that time. Re timely visit- now that's a problem isn't it, probably not just Aurora either. My earliest appointment was available 3 months after I called to schedule it. The docs and receptionist were wonderful.

I had been with SMS Health for many years but my experiences with Aurora thru my mom and daughter are what made me switch because the care was wonderful. I have not had one bad experience since I switched. The providers and staff that I have encountered have all been extremely professional and helpful. I am SOOOO happy that I switched.
