One of the most comprehensive sessions with a provider I have had in the past year.
Dr. Sohaib is amazing, the best Provider I've had the pleasure of seeing. The issue with timely service is not because of her, but I believe is related to a process disconnect. I received a text to check-in electronically. I did this, and confirmed that I was in the waiting area. Got a confirmation that I was checked in, my payment was processed, and that I'd be called to see the dr soon. After 25 minutes, I went to the front desk. The gals there said there's no such thing as online check in. I explained the text and showed the confirmation, they said they have no idea what that is but would still honor my appt. The manner in which this was handled was a bit grinchy (Xmas pun intended) and I feel should be more patient-friendly. Also, if the online check in won't do anything or work, a process change or verbiage update should be considered. Thank you for considering, and thank you Dr Sohaib for being a caring Provider and fantastic human!
This was my first experience with Dr. Sohaib and I was thoroughly impressed. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a PCP. Hard to find doctors of her caliber.
Dr. Sohaib, this was the second time I've seen her. I've moved here a year ago, so I needed all new doctors. She's very understanding and explains everything. So she is now my prime doctor.

This is a new PCP for me. I was apprehensive about getting a new person as my primary, but she put me at ease. I'm glad to have her as my PCP.
