The doctor fit me into his schedule for a sudden symptom, even though I didn't have an appointment scheduled. And then the Aurora Hartford staff got me two more appointments on a priority basis to further address my sudden symptom onset, which I greatly appreciated

I know Dr Mian and his staff were understaffed and very busy, tired and hungry, but he never made me feel rushed or hurried. I witnessed teamwork in helping each other room patients. I witnessed great communication about who to see next and when they could get a quick break. And Dr Mian is just polished and professional with an outstanding bedside manner! Being a nurse myself, I know how difficult it can be to give the sense of calmness and control when in reality there are a dozen other tasks that await you!
