I wasn't informed prior to the appointment that I needed to fast (for blood draw), so I had to schedule that for another day. Not a big problem, but it would have been easier if that was communicated prior to the appt.
Dr Bang was distracted and in a rush. I was going to get a referral but that did not happen.
Dr Bang responded quickly regarding my symptoms and got me in right away for diagnosis.
