The nurse that greeted us in the Allergy exam room (sorry, I'm horrible with names!) was excellent and made a very positive impression on our toddler during a somewhat tough appointment. Our toddler was even imitating her in trying very hard to take my height and weight while we waited in the room! The whole department was very wonderful and accepting of her toddler shenanigans and I can't say enough positive things about that! In a slight contrast, I wish that we would've had a similar experience in Lab that same day. Our phlebotomist was extremely competent and able to draw my daughter's blood with really no difficulty. However, I sincerely wish she would've acknowledged her, the patient, during the draw. I understand she wanted to make conversation with me, the adult, but this made me uncomfortable as my daughter was very scared and I couldn't give her my full attention. In the future, I'd love to that phlebotomist grow in skill by at least attempting to connect with her patient. I understand that a toddler isn't going to fine with a venipuncture in any universe, but attempting to connect with a patient in your care should be a priority. I do want to reiterate that the phlebotomist was very good at getting the sample and only one poke was needed.

Staff and doctor very nice ?, helpful and knowledgeable.

I was very pleased with this providers knowledge and willing to help me with my health issues. She was very helpful with my health. She listened to what I had to say and cared very much that I had confided in her and was able to trust her with my concerns. That was a very good experience for me. I would like to thank her dearly and sincerely. She made a wonderful impression on my life.

Dr Vasudev is simply the best!!!

Dr. Vasudev is very good at knowing her patients and has their health at the top of her list. As she gave me a check and confirmed there were no polyps growing in my nostrils she was genuinely excited. She was happy for her patient. This is a good feeling as a patient. I appreciate he attention to details.
