Dr. Martin listen patiently and answers any questions I have.
I like Dr. Martin very easy to talk with. I know she looks out for me even if I don't agree with her on what I believe. The nurse that brought me to the room was like a robot - seemed like she was reading a script. Could have been a little more social making small talk.

The doctor is nice, always kind and professional and so is the staff.
The major complaint I want to offer is the inconvenience of having to leave my Doctor's office, drive to a different area of the complex, hunt for another parking spot and have labs done. In the past, some years ago the labs were drawn in the office. You need to go back to this. There are many elderly patients seen by these internists and this issue of having bloodwork done is absurd. Also finding parking is often a hassle. In the future if this remains the same I will choose to have my labs elsewhere. I can easily take an order to the CDH facility on Roosevelt Rd in Glen Ellyn. The parking is plentiful and it's an easy in and out. Something truly needs to be done to address this.
