I did an online check in before my appointment. I answered a lot of questions online. I was asked the same questions on the day of my appointment. Why the repetition????

My appt was late in the day and they were running late. The nurse saw me as soon as possible and I did not have that much of a wait for the doctor. The doctor did apologize for the wait, which really was not that bad at all. She really listened to theist of things I wanted to mention to her which was nice.
