I am a little annoyed that when given an order for another type of provider, that they badger you into making an appointment right, then and there. Sometimes a patient needs to speak with their insurance company about coverage or to be sure this other provider is covered under the insurance policy. If you cancel the appointment they scheduled you get badgered by phone calls from your primary providers office as well as the other care givers office. I just wonder if Advocate is having a cash flow problem?

Dr. Molly and her team are outstanding and provide health care with a big dose of compassion and humor. I will keep her as my PCP as long as she is practicing! She is truly the best and passionate about helping others.

-Dr. Molly Kucera...an exceptional well-rounded, observant, compassionate clinician. -I'm not terribly i pressed with her nurse...gets the job done, but lousy bedside manner. -The office staff is quite impressive...and it's obvious they work well together, besides. -The phlebotomist is rather special, too.
