Dr Kucera is the best!

Hands down the best Dr I have ever had.

Thankful to get in the same day I called. My primary care doctor was off. So first time with this doctor and was great. Glad because I think I'm already starting to feel better after 3 weeks.

Everything has been great at Dr. Kucera's office and her care. Sometimes it does depend on the parent though whether or not they would prefer a family doctor or pediatrician. Either way Dr. Kucera does a great job at caring for our son and myself.

The provider was 100%. The front end staff was less than desired. I had some problems with my insurance card, and was told my insurance was no longer valid. Instead of trying to help, the staff member just seemed to brush it off, had me sign a waiver stating full responsibility for the bill, and give me the number to the billing department. While waiting for my apt in the lobby, I was able to call my wife who double checked that our insurance was in fact still active and valid, the billing department, and have things fixed in less that 5 minutes. When they asked why office staff didn't/couldn't help, they were slightly taken back at my response that I was just brushed off and told to call.
