The delay in seeing the doctor was in excess of 45 minutes. If there were an emergency, I would suggest waiting patients be told. I think everyone would understand and be accepting, but with no explanation of the circumstances, I found it less than acceptable. An apology for the delay was offered.

It was my first meeting with Dr. Khan. He had taken time to review my symptoms before we met. He explained what was happening and what needed to be done to correct my issue. He was knowledgeable, explained everything, and answered all my questions.
