They wanted me to schedule a test. They did give me some different clinics numbers to try and make an appointment, it would have been nice if they could have got me an appointment in a timely manner.

I wear hearing aids. It is often difficult to hear some of a Dr's comments when they are wearing masks

Dr. Kahn is very attentive and compassionate when I am with him. He addressed my questions completely and I feel safe cared for with him
