Wait time could be shorter.

My appointment was at 12:15 via zoom I was instructed to be on the zoom and ready at noon; which I was. At 12:25 the nurse "checked me in" and I waited for the doctor until 12:50 and ended the zoom since I was at work and needed to get back to what I was doing. Then the doctor called me at 12:59 and said he was waiting for me to join the zoom which is very confusing since I was waiting for 50 minutes. A 12:15 appointment somehow translated into a 1 o'clock appointment?
