This is the 2nd time they changed my appt but never called or messaged me to ask if it was okay. The office staff seems unfamiliar with my diabetes inspidus and seems to only want to focus on diabetes mellitus. I may have that, I may not. Between the nurse, the resident and the doctor, I feel like I have conflicting information.

Appt was at 4pm, I arrived at 345 as instructed, didn't see doc till 440, am thinking about leaving him, this happens every time, may be off the NorthWestern Med

I appreciate Dr. Kazi's offices' efficiency. Over the last 18 months that I have been with him, I have had 0 issues with getting pump supplies regularly. This was a constant problem with former endocrinologist's. I also appreciate Dr. Kazi's ability to make sense of complex issues that I may have as a type 1 diabetic.
