My. Neurologist is the best doctor

I would give Dr. Azeem a 10+. It was my first visit with him and he was throughly prepared with my medical history and appropriate questions. It was a great experience as lol my concerns were answered and a new course of care put together.

Dr. Azeem was very helpful. He talked with me about my medical issues, asked a lot of questions, and was very informative. I definitely would recommend him to family or friends!

This provider listened carefully to my description of symptoms and gave me a thorough explanation of his diagnosis, precautions, what to do to treat my symptoms when they happen, and what symptoms to watch out for in case we missed something and need to follow up. (The prevention and healthy habits questions were not relevant to my visit. I recently had those conversations with my PCP.)

Dr Azeem was extremely thorough & paid great attention to detail in reviewing my history for my first visit with him. His course of action was explained in great detail and easy to understand.

Good information about my medical problems

My mom has dementia and don't like most doctors but she even said" that was a nice doctor." He was extremely compassionate!!

Dr Azeem was fully attentive and patient with my poor hearing. All questions were completely explained.

Dr Azeem is a good teacher. He listened attentively and explained four possible causes for my symptoms and explained why the first three are unlikely and why tests are necessary to confirm the possible fourth cause. I'm very pleased with my visit.

He was very nice and thorough He actually read my medical documents back several years about my legs,which is what he consulted about.
