I was very impressed with and appreciative of the Office Notes from my visit. There was a second person in the room taking notes during my appointment. The subsequent report matched the notes I took and what was discussed. The report was also available to me shortly after my appointment. This was a pleasant surprise. For another doctor I see, the Office Notes are transcribed from a recording of my visit. The subsequent report is not available for a day or more and contains discrepancies. Notes taken first hand are much more accurate than those translated from a recording. So again, I was impressed with and appreciative of the accurate follow-through this doctor visit provided.

He is the best IMO.

This was a cardiologist visit so my regular health was not a question or needed to be discussed. I was very pleased by Dr Zafarini's genuine concern & further plans. He seems very personable & caring.
