Dr Z is very upbeat and personable. He listens to my concerns and is sure to answer all questions in language you understand. Before he ends your visit he makes sure you have no further questions or concerns. He reminds you if you have anything come up or need further clarification to not hesitate to call his office.

It is very hard to reach any Dr office by phone at Aurora.

office called and left a mx to call about my lab results. I called back about 5 min later and got no answer after 20 rings. I called again today and again got 20 rings before someone answered. she transferred me to the Dr office (it took 4 minutes) where I got my info. People at Aurora are very helpful but your phone system is HORRIBLE!!!

I need to have Aurora bill what Medicare doesn't so I can have less anxiety

Doctor has a great bedside manner and provides a confidence building explanation of what next steps should be.

Dr Zafarani genuinely seems interested in my concerns. I feel at ease & comfortable talking to him.

Dr. Zafarani is awesome, always explains and diagrams what is going on with my heart and general health, and is very proactive as my cardiologist which gives me great comfort.

Dr. Zafarani is a very good cardiologist and shots from the hip. I like that, I know what I need to do to get my health back on track.
