Very satisfied
This provider and his resident were very attentive and personable. Everything was explained in a way I understood. Good sense of humor and made me feel very comfortable with them both
The audiologist was fantastic! She explained what she was doing and we discussed my hearing results right away, which was super helpful. After I saw her, I met with Dr. Dobberpuhl. He was overall fine. He asked why I came in. I told him my concerns and he said," hmm...interesting." He did not really have answers as to why I was experiencing these symptoms and told me my hearing was within normal limits. He seemed inconvenienced based on his tone and mannerisms. he was very aloof and monotone. I am not sure if that is his personality or not, but it's not great for being a healthcare provider. When I asked about dizziness, he said to make sure I was hydrated. I let him know I drink a gallon of water per day and he said oh and had no other ideas/thoughts/explanations. I would likely not go to him again.
I observed the physician and medical assistant both entering and exiting the room without Geling their hands ??
I had an exray and covid test both done by 1230am no one came in and checked on me for 2 hours plus they miss placed my covid test I had to wait for an extra 30 minutes. On top of that I took of the lead on my finger and the blood pressure sleeve off during that time. And as I said before no one came in and checked on me. That will be the last time I come to this emergency room.
This was the first time I ever had to see an Ear, Nose and throat Dr. The Dr. was OK, but never having seen him before, it was not that comfortable.
He's very soft spoken, respectful and caring. I feel I'm in good hands and I don't feel that very often with male doctors or males period.
The doctor was very Understanding
