Dr. Dobberpuhl from the moment he walked was like he had better things to do than see me. Like I was wasting his time. He might be a good doctor but he needs to learn bedside manner. I went to ENT Specialist due to ear pain and ringing in my ears for the past 5 weeks. He said my ears look good, nothing wrong with them and was ready to walk away. He had no insights as to why I have ear pain, or what type of doctor I should try next. So here I sit still with ear pain. I know it is not possible to answer all the whys when it comes to health..... but at least pretend your interested in helping someone find out. I will NOT go back to him ever.

I have never been so dissatisfied with an appointment. Awful bedside manner, and didn't help me better understand why I have so much ear pain, or even how to help in the future. I genuinely feel like seeing him was a waste of my money and time.

Poor experience. MD did not seem to know anything about my history, nor gave the sense that he was listening or even cared about what I had to say. Gave vague answers and responses and added nothing for treatment or follow up. At times couldn't even hear or understand the provider in the few words that he spoke. Visit was very uncomfortable and I even questioned if the MD was qualified! Would not return ever and would not recommend ever. MA who started the visit was great, friendly and professional.

I felt like this was a waste of money & time. They could've told me over the phone that my sleep study was to old & I need new one b4 any treatment plan could be done. That would've saved me over $500 for the office visit & I have no clue what the nasal scope that he did will cost me. Very upset. I spoke with a inspire agent that took my insurance info and she acted like it was a free consultation
