This doctor was the most awkward healthcare professional I've ever seen. I will never go back and see him again. Also, stop making everyone wear masks, ESPECIALLY in the hearing doctor's office. Those with hearing loss have a hard enough time hearing as it is, and we need to be able to lip read to understand what is being said. Your blatant disregard for accommodating our disability is infuriating.
The visit was a waste of time and money. Rolled his eyes at me several times when I was explaining what was happening. Very dismissive in his response to me. Will not be returning to see him or the ENT department. I will find a different health care provider.
It was over in less than 10 minutes and the provider didn't appear to be very interested in providing care. He just suggested another procedure that may or may not show anything. I feel that the whole visit was a waste of my time and money. I am not moving forward with this office.

Unfortunately, Dr. Dopperpuhl wasn't very friendly or compassionate. I was not pleased with his care.
Dr was not ready for our visit. Did not explain the ear tube procedure. We will be seeing someone else
Didn't care for his aloof bedside manner, talk to me very matter of fact and didn't understand my knowledge of my history with sinusitis and sinus infection and prescribed me a antibiotic that the pharmacist said is not used for or effective against sinusitis and sinus infections. I scheduled to follow up appointment but I think I'm going to cancel it.
