Most of the issues that weren't discussed were because they weren't necessary the reason I was there it was taken care of
It was a very positive experience.
I know they were waiting to get reports from a previous doctor but I was sitting there for almost 30 minutes in the room and no one came to update me. I felt like I wasn't being heard. I explained all of the things I had done in the past only to be told he would refer me to the sleep doctor but was unsure if they would want to do a different sleep study test since I had 1 done. And I got prescribed a nasal spray I had already been on and explained did not work for me
He was not warm and fuzzy, he was rude and cocky and didn't seem to want to be there. He explained nothing but the bare minimum but didn't even go over my results. From my hearing test. I don't want to go back and see him. It's been a very long time since I've had such an unpleasant experience in healthcare and I've been to the hospitals almost weekly for my recent pregnancy and I've seen and talked to A LOT of people in the last 9 + months. VERY unhappy, this is not the job for him. He didn't even say anything when I left, and most doctors leave the room before you or guide you out, he just sat there. Very awkward and unprofessional. And I don't know why but he took his mask off at the end of our visit.... Ummmm YOU'RE THE DOCTOR... why would he take it off to talk to me??? Very weird and doesn't follow his own job's protocols. But I will say, when I call their office, the receptionists are VERY nice!
Good but the amount that I am supposed to pay is different from what is in your system
The ENT doctor told me that my ear canal and ear are sweating causing the drainage & pain. I did research and the ears can't sweat due to no sweat glands. I feel like he brushed me off and disregarded my pain and concern.

I was very pleased with the results of my first visit with Dr. Dobberpuhl. Most of all he listened and addressed my concerns. I don't always find this to be the case with some providers.
Dr. Dobberpuhl most knowledgeable and respectful in his care. He took significant time to respond to my many questions with truth and compassion.
I'm fortunate to have Dr. Dobberpuhl as my ENT specialist and surgeon. He's been thoughtful about my care, explaining the options available to me for treating chronic sinus infections. When I chose a surgical remedy, he explained the procedure and aftercare that would be involved. He's been very patient answering questions along the way. My surgery was successful, with no complications, and I'm hopeful that I'll experience no infections going forward. Very good care.
