We were disappointed the first time we saw this provider but saw him again for the follow up rather than start over with someone else. My daughter's concerns felt dismissed, and both times he asked "what do you want me to do?" Given we don't understand the root of our daughter's issues, this question was extremely frustrating given we were there for guidance and are not the ones with a medical degree. We will not use this provider again and regret we didn't listen to our instincts after the first visit.

Overall I'm happy with the care I was given. I got in within a couple hours of communicating that i needed a wick placed. There's a few things bc dr was new to me he could've been a little gentler on my ear knowing it was hurting me, tell me which drops he was using verbally, and not just let it run down the side of my face. Again overall I'm happy with how I was treated; these are areas he could work on with patients.

My appointment was scheduled for 10:15am. I was called back at 10:35am. Doctor came in the room at 10:45am. I prefer for appointments to be more on time. If I the patient was behind schedule things would have been rescheduled and looked at in a negative way.
