I spent a $200 co-pay to see the ENT specialist for an ongoing respiratory virus. I feel like we discussed treatment during the appointment. It was very short there wasn't much said on his part. I asked a lot of questions, and he had very brief answers. The treatment that he described during the appointment was not what the prescription was after I left. I actually didn't know what to do at that point and where to go to ask questions I went back to the desk but he was already gone for the day so I sent messages on the LiveWell app and I'm still waiting for a response. after spending $200 this was definitely not what I expected from a specialist. I had to lead the conversation. And I still don't have answers as to how to treat given that the prednisone cause my blood pressure and heart rate to go through the roof so I'm waiting for the doctor to respond.
