My only issue is that I was supposed to have a back X-ray and was sent to the X-ray area. I was told I was checked in. After being the first one there and having 4 people go in front of me a lady from the back asked what I was there for. I told her and she said I should go to the desk to make sure. 20-25 min wasted. I get to the desk and the lady helping me goes to check something. Another 5 min. Then I'm told there are no X-ray techs on duty. So I was waiting while she checked to see if they're coming in. After losing 30 min I was done. She wanted me to make an appt but wasn't sure when the techs will be in. Well I'm not taking a day off work to find out they aren't in so I left. Still no appt. For the record I don't blame one individual. But the system should've told my Dr's asst that they weren't in. I don't blame the lady in e back. How would she know? I also don't blame the lady at the front desk. By the time I got to her I was irritated and she tried. I was just tired of trying and wanted something done. Fix the system so the left hand knows what the right one is doing!

I had a reaction to the pill I was prescribed. I stopped taking it immediately. The salve seems to be working well.

He didn't listen to what I told him. He seemed dogmatic and was unwilling to consider that my experiences with ear infections was different than what most other people experience.

My appt was at 246 and I did not get seen til about 435. That was ridiculous. Open heart surgery could have been faster Secondly,, no one came out to say the the doctor was behind schedule. I never had to wait nearly 3hrs to see the dr
