Dr. Baig is a doctor that cares about his patience does his job. Dr Baig is one is old schools . He just don't come in the room and be quick . He does his job

Advocate has 2 people who thInk they answer questions nicely, but they do not. They are trained to know the area ( nursing) and no-one should get the smart allec remarks. The 2 ladies who shall remain nameless need to work on their delivery. Go back and listen to the calls.

the administrative staff/front desk is Unprofessional they were having conversations that shouldnt be heard by patients in waiting area.Also protocol to drop off specimens after visits needs to be a drop box available or tray on lab . so patients can drop and go. or given to lab desk Not patient front desk. i believe this office would service alot more of the community population if these practices and guidelines were put in place
