Waiting time should be improve

I had a great visit with Dr. Baig. He explained things to me in detail about my health and what to do to stay healthy. I did not feel rushed, and I felt that he wanted to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. I have been with Dr. Baig for years and he only gets better.

I'm very pleased with the visit

Dr.Baig is an awesome doctor. He's worth the wait, but not being able to see my doctor in a timely fashion when I'm sick is becoming ridiculous. I went to two urgent cares just to be under treated and have the same infection that I ended up seeing my personal doctor 3 weeks later for. Time and money that I can't get back was wasted. I know my doctor is well loved but he is grossly overbooked.

I understand that my primary doctor was on vacation, and I needed to see someone else. However, having to eat well over 2 hours to see someone else during a previously scheduled visit is just not good organization. There really should be a plan for many diff physicians to take over my a doctor's workload, not just one person.
