Dr. Musa was great, very friendly made be feel at ease since this was the first appointment I had with her. She went over with me all my test results telling what needed to be improved and how to accomplish them.

My provider ordered a blood test at the Good Shepherd Out Patient Clinic at Surryce Rd in Lake Zurich. When I went to the clinic the next morning that didn't have the order so I had to get home home. This is annoying. I think you need a better communication system throughout the portal!
