Dr Musa is very good explaining everything and the visit is always enjoyable
It was a through exam with a complete blood workup and results sent to me the next day. Dr. Musa sent 1 prescription to my pharmacy and instructions for it's use. All is well!
Dr Musa & her assistant nurses take an exceptional team. They take time to listen & express true care for me. They are also incredibly knowledgeable.
Had blood workup ordered at my last visit. Went to have it done and there was no order for it. At my appointment with the Dr she said lab orders are good for only 3 months now. I wish I knew that I was at the lab for 30 mins for nothing had to go back again and wait 40 mins this time. The Dr was going to put the lab order for a year. I will be calling in the month the order is to make sure I have an order, wish they went back to paper orders. So with no bloodwok results the visit was not helpful to talk about the results.
All the personnel were professional knowledgeable, and friendly.
The appointment for my yearly wellness visit was supposed to be cancelled, but I was unaware and showed. Later I discovered it had been cancelled with a message on my patient portal ONLY. I the future, if it is necessary to cancel an appointment 1 week prior to the date, I feel a phone call or message left should be standard. The doctor did agree to see me in spite of the confusion which made me wonder why it was necessary to cancel the appointment in the first place. It was an appointment I had scheduled months in advance and needed for prescription renewal.
Courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, but still it was only a 20 minute appointment. If I had something major, we would have needed more time, and I believe Dr. Musa would agree.
Dr. Musa is the best! Worst part was ACL laboratory, had to do bloodwork, went to crystal lake location, website said taking walk ins with 20 minute wait! Arrived signed in, sat for a bit before being told they were not taking walk-ins! Wasted time!! Disappointed!!
She wants to read what happened to me. She had no idea that I had open heart surgery. I didn't contact her through the portal. I haven't felt good since the surgery. So nothing is her fault. I will see her next month after she has a chance to do a lot of reading about what happened.
The Doctor was very nice. And she listen to all I have to say and she answered my questions. She is very nice doctor.
