All the personnel were professional knowledgeable, and friendly.

The appointment for my yearly wellness visit was supposed to be cancelled, but I was unaware and showed. Later I discovered it had been cancelled with a message on my patient portal ONLY. I the future, if it is necessary to cancel an appointment 1 week prior to the date, I feel a phone call or message left should be standard. The doctor did agree to see me in spite of the confusion which made me wonder why it was necessary to cancel the appointment in the first place. It was an appointment I had scheduled months in advance and needed for prescription renewal.

Courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, but still it was only a 20 minute appointment. If I had something major, we would have needed more time, and I believe Dr. Musa would agree.

Dr. Musa is the best! Worst part was ACL laboratory, had to do bloodwork, went to crystal lake location, website said taking walk ins with 20 minute wait! Arrived signed in, sat for a bit before being told they were not taking walk-ins! Wasted time!! Disappointed!!

She wants to read what happened to me. She had no idea that I had open heart surgery. I didn't contact her through the portal. I haven't felt good since the surgery. So nothing is her fault. I will see her next month after she has a chance to do a lot of reading about what happened.

The Doctor was very nice. And she listen to all I have to say and she answered my questions. She is very nice doctor.

I sought this practice on the recommendation of my other care provider, and this visit was to establish care. From the front desk to the practitioner who took my vitals to Dr. Musa, the people with whom I interacted were engaged, helpful, and encouraging. Happy to call her my PCP.

Dr Musa and the staff are all helpful and caring.

I am very thankful that the office was able to fit me in on short notice when I had a major event. Outstanding!!
