I love Dr.Mandich. Always listens and addresses my issues. Her MA doesn't have great bed side manner. Not very friendly for her line of work. I have thought this many times. Maybe it's personality difference with me. But in my eyes she is customer service fake it till you make it. You don't have to be my BFF but you could be a touch more personable/friendly with a patient.
