It was unprofessional of the lady who checked me in at the front desk to say, "You don't look sick." In a medical setting, really? Not all illnesses are visible.

Dr. Mandich is the most caring doctor I've ever seen. I feel completely comfortable talking to her about all my issues. She's understanding and always has suggestions to help me.
