I overall give the experience a 9.5. The front desk receptionist are helpful, friendly and efficient. Dr. Mandich is a true top-notch Healthcare partner. One idea for the MA who rooms us, is to introduce themselves. This customer service feature is lacking. If this improvement occurs would be a solid 10 rating. Thank for asking. :)

Excellent service kind and great skill level.

Other than my primary doctor Dr. Mandich staff throughout the building need to be more personable which creates an unfriendly atmosphere. A smile with a friendly greeting would be more inviting for patients.

She was good the big thing was I was in great pain and my appointment was for 11 and she didn't see me until 11:30 and I was hurting the entire time.
