My well check is in two weeks.

She is so easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile for her patient. She has been my provider for over around 30 years, and I will be at a loss when she retires.

It's not the provider- the person who brings you to the room. This is how she phrases the question about depression, "we're asking anyone over 12 years, if in the last weeks they've had any feeling of depression." Who would ever answer this phrasing as yes. It's so impersonal and does not provoke conversation.
