was upset when I left. Felt like I was very rushed in and out, felt like Dr. Eiseler shrugged off what was happening even after seeing multiple er visits on my medical history. Quote "we will have to wait until symptoms get worse". After this visit, I am more than likely going to go to a different clinic.

I left the appointment feeling I could call if I had any questions about basic health problems. I also felt that Dr. Eiseler knew the comments from other doctors about my health. It wasn't until a day later I realized Dr. did not give me a written copy of his comments. I need to be aware that this is 2024 and comments are in the files in the computer. I am learning to accept that. I do appreciate being able to make appointments with a person, for being able to talk with a person, for checking in with a person. Please keep people in the clinics and on the telephones so we can hear voices and not just punch buttons and hope the message gets through to the correct person.

The questions asked are less than conducive for health & wellness of the geriatric population in my professional opinion, listening to heart & lungs, asking if I have any questions or concerns really won't divulge concerns that this visit should address

Something happened where I was not able to be seen in a timely fashion. NOT blaming anybody for that... 1st time in forever it happened & I have been with Aurora for 30-35 years. Long time and ONLY my 2nd visit with a new doctor. The last guy retired... Stuff happens...
