The DR. was very good................ The support staff, not so good!

I really like the Aurora East location and my doctor. I can't imagine receiving better care. Please keep up the great work.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my healthcare. My PCP, Dr. Eiseler & specialists plus the incredible support staff give me confidence I'm in good hands & they care. I'm a RN of 46 yrs so I know the health business very well.

Dr. Eiseler is wonderful. Our PCP retired, so we transferred to Dr. Eiseler. Couldn't be happier. Have an incredibly complex medical history and lots of medication. Dr. Eiseler understands all that and works with us to help streamline all that. Thanks Dr Eiseler!

Dr. Eiseler is knowledgeable and caring. I always get all my questions answered and I feel I'm in extremely capable hands.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Eiseler. He was just fine. I believe that, as we get to know each other in the coming years, I will be more comfortable. But, for our first meeting, absolutely no complaints or concerns.

I found this doctor extremely nice but very clinical did not seem to know the complexity's of my illness history. . I think the biggest thing that stood out to me was a comment that he said; I had enough doctors and he would follow their lead. I found that very strange since he is my PCP and not that he should have all the answers but think he should watch everything the my other doctor do and even question them on things for clarity. He did not ask me how I was doing with many of my other conditions I have. Now maybe it's he new or this is how he is but I was left kinda empty as I left as if he had his checklist of things that had to be done and once the check list was completed then time to go. Just my obversations.

Dr. Eiseler has a great demeanor and is great at communicating and explaining the details I ask for.
