The medical assistants/nurses, in fact, all frontline staff, are incredibly efficient and pleasant. Dr. Eiseler, w whom I've very recently begun to "work" with (previous PCP retired), I'm finding-as I get to know him-is personable, patient in answering my myriad questions. As a retired educator, I especially appreciate learning/understanding "what's going on" with my physical self. I can offer only superlatives to Aurora. Thank you.

As always Dr. Eiseler was great, as was his nurse. I never felt rushed or brushed aside. There was no wait time at all I find that I am always listened to, that my words are heard and responded to. It is so different than my previous provider where I was acutely aware of how much time I was allocated.

Dr Eiseler was friendly and professional. It was our first meeting so we were just getting acquainted.
