Dr.Eiseler nurse was very good as well.
Thank you
This doctor holds a fringe view that is outside of the view of mainstream medicine and not supported by research. He enforces his personal beliefs on his patients rather listening to their needs.
My question were answer. Thank you
The nurse was very, very kind but somewhat untrained.
I am sick and tired of just getting another pill and no time or energy spent on providing information and guidance on how to improve your health specific to the patient. Additionally waiting 3+ months for an appointment is absolutely ridiculous.
Very frustrated with interaction w the office staff. Their voices were not clear and phone system volume was way too low. (Except for the on-hold music which was WAY TOO loud and of poor quality.) Those answering phones need to provide a solid greeting, more audible. I have absolutely no hearing loss and had to ask them to repeat TOO MANY times.
Showed no effort to learn about family history or care much about my health and concerns, pretty dismissive actually. Didn't ask the usual questions about menstruation and mammograms. My last dr would always give the recomendations and ASK if I had any questions before the end of the appointment. He just asked if I wanted a print out of the visit summary, walked me to the printer and showed me the way out
Dr. Eiseler knows exactly what to say to help me regulate my type 2 diabetes. I have full confidence in his understanding of my situation and I take all of his recommendations seriously.
Sometimes I'd like others to remember what it was like before computers, but then so many are younger and DO NOT remember times before computers. My father would say, "I don't think the doctor listened to me. He was just typing on his computer." I explained that was the modern way of taking notes. NOW I know why he asked that question.
