The new massage therapist did a fantastic job! I left pain-free; feeling like a new person!

I felt listened to and respected.

My only observation for improvement is when the person is taking blood in the treatment room while the patient is sitting on the examining table, is that there should be a place for the patient to rest their arm so that it is not hanging down. It is difficult for them to insert the needle and the blood does not flow readily. Arm elevation would solve that problem.
