Mikan Sheldon is extremely personable and patient. She makes me feel like I'm the most important person during my visit. She always answers all my questions before I leave.

Whole staff was very courteous and was able to get in for an appointment. The Dr answered all my questions and let me know what to do for follow up.

I was moved to a different room/unit at 11:30 pm during my stay because they needed to close unit because of staffing in other areas. It was very disruptive and I think the administration would be doing the patients a favor if they closed units because of staffing during the day and not at night.

I really appreciate how this office sees me at my appointment time. Everything seems to run smoothly.

I am new to this practice and so far vary happy that I choose it for my health concerns.

I love the providers and staff at this office and would definitely recommend them but you have to wait months before you can an appointment. I feel that if they didn't have to continuously take on new patients they would have time to see their current patients. I feel that since Advocate took over they have no time to see their long time patients. I feel really bad for them as it was so a great office that was able to help us. Now we as patients have to do our own research into our health issues and find our own ways to get help. It's a very disappointing medical system.
