While my provider, Mikan Sheldon, was amazing, the nurse who works with her was less than personable, couldn't draw my blood, and didn't listen when I told her something. Had to repeat several times.

Always prompt & courteous. As a patient, I feel heard and cared for!
Ask me if I feel not welcome, they see me give the barest of information. I wish I knew of a doctor office where I actually see a doctor. I fell welcome and not told we don't see Medicare individuals. I explain the first time I have insurance. But how I am treated really has not changed. I miss doctors who care not PA.

Mikan is always professional, kind, and genuinely cares for my son. He is a very nervous kid and she made him feel comfortable and cared for when he wasn't feeling well. I cannot say enough good things about her :)
