Always a pleasant experience. Mikan is great. Very approachable and always answers any questions I might have and offers additional info about the topic I am questioning. No matter how her day is going, she makes sure that my appointment with her has addressed my problem, answered my questions, and what the next steps are, if needed. And she asks follow up questions about any issues/concerns I had at my previous appointment. Who does that any more? It makes me feel like I really do have a partner in my healthcare journey! '

While my provider, Mikan Sheldon, was amazing, the nurse who works with her was less than personable, couldn't draw my blood, and didn't listen when I told her something. Had to repeat several times.
